SF SpecFrame School of Shoe Repair

Our story

SpecFrame School of Shoe Repair began as a bench-side set of checklists in a small studio. We refined each step until repairs were predictable, quiet, and safe. The school translates those checklists into clear courses designed for modern independent cobblers and thoughtful hobbyists.

Mission

Enable calm, repeatable repairs that extend the life of footwear and reduce waste.

Approach

Minimalist layouts, explicit checklists, and just enough theory to make confident choices at the bench.

Safety

Measured ventilation, appropriate PPE, and solvent-conscious workflows are baked into each module.
